Civil/Commercial Mediation
Mediation is one of the most cost-effective alternative dispute resolution forms for resolving civil and commercial disputes between two or more parties saving you £1,000's on Litigation.
Civil/Commercial Mediators work on a wide variety of cases including contracts that go wrong, property disputes, insurance disputes including personal injury, inheritance disputes and problems with construction and much more.
The Mediation Service
Our trained mediator will work with people or businesses to help them resolve their differences through negotiation. Mediation is voluntary and you do not have to make an agreement if you do not want to, although most people do after they have considered all their different options.
Nothing is decided until all the parties involved make an agreement and because mediation is confidential everything learned throughout the process cannot be used later if there are any court proceedings.
When an agreement happens at a mediation it will be put in writing. When the agreement is signed it becomes a contract to end the dispute, and if there is a legal case in court, this also ends.
The vast majority of mediations make an agreement on the day.
